By accessing or using the ZeroG mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ZeroG is a flashcard and spaced repetition system (SRS) application that helps users study and memorize information through:

• Custom flashcard deck creation
• Multiple study modes (Discovery, ZeroG Drill, Quiz)
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Achievement system
• Global leaderboard
• Premium features (optional)

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must create an account to use the App
• You may sign up using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy

4. User Content

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the flashcard decks and content you create
• You grant us a license to store, display, and process your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the content you create and share
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

Prohibited Content

You may not create or share content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

5. Premium Features and Subscriptions

In-App Purchases

• Some features require a premium subscription
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods

Free Trial

• Free trials may be offered for premium features
• You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel
• Only one free trial per user

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free from viruses or harmful components
• Your study results or outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZeroG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroG from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App (or any part) at any time
• Change pricing for premium features
• Update these Terms

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

Assignment

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
